2013 Member, Vendor, Entertainer Registration

Whether you are a member of Square Two, an outside vendor, or entertainer, if you want to participate in the 74th Annual Experience Gardner Festival & Sidewalk Sale, you are required to download, complete, and submit a registration form. Registration for is due by July 1, 2013. We recommend that you submit your forms early to ensure your space reservation.

Please download, read carefully, complete and submit all forms that apply to you.

• All Participants must adhere to the FESTIVAL GUIDELINES.
• Gardner Square Two, Inc. Members, whose dues are paid can participate for free. Whether your business is located inside or outside the Downtown perimeter, you must complete the MEMBER VENDOR FORM.
• Returning Non-Member Vendors and Non-profits must complete the NON-MEMBER VENDOR FORM.
• New Vendors must be approved in advance to enter at a discounted rate for the first year only. Please contact Maureen Horrigan, festival coordinator [email protected] if you are interested in participating for the first time.
• In Addition to the Vendor forms, the City of Gardner Police Department requires that you obtain a VENDOR, HAWKER, PEDDLER LICENSE. Several City departments have to sign off on the application, so it can take a few weeks to process the paperwork. Please be sure to apply early.
• Food Vendors and Anyone Distributing Food is required by the Gardner Health Department to obtain a TEMPORARY FOOD DISTRIBUTION PERMIT. Please follow the directions carefully and submit the application as soon as possible, as approval can take up to a couple of weeks.
• Entertainers must complete and submit the ENTERTAINER APPLICATION.
• Sponsorship Opportunities. This event is a major fundraiser for Gardner Square Two, Inc. If you cannot participate as a vendor, you may consider becoming a sponsor. Sponsorship helps to offset the costs of advertising and entertainment. All sponsors will be acknowledged in our advertising and program booklet. Please download the SPONSORSHIP FORM.
